My therapist is easy to talk to and I do not feel judged. I feel I can share as much or as little as I am able to and my therapist is eilling to taking things that I am finding difficult to discuss slowly.
Suggested improvements
The waiting time to receive therapy was very long. I felt quite alone whilst waiting and wish therapy could have been started earlier.

I felt understood and was given really helpful ways to change my thinking and find a way through the overwhelming feelings i was experiencing, with a different perspective and new ways to live each day. I felt heard and really appreciated [name removed]’s empathy and intuitive guidance.

Felt as though sessions were rushed and I wasn’t given enough time to make progress. Didn’t feel as though I was given any actual help, just made to talk with no help or advice as to what I needed to do/change to help my situation.

I feel lucky to have had a lovely therapist who would read between the lines and was not only able to identify the exact hot spots that were causing me failing emotionally but also how is best to deal with them. I am really happy that I went for these therapy sessions.
Suggested improvements
The waiting times are causing more acute problems- not sure if there is anything that can be done about that.

I had a lovely lady that I felt very comfortable talking to about my anxiety levels.
She wasn’t pushy at any stage of my time with her, everything was done at my own pace.
Suggested improvements
More sessions available. Although I felt that I was improving, once the sessions finished I have struggled to maintain that improvement
